Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate individual, couple, and family sessions.

• Manage and facilitate psychoeducational groups aimed at fostering community support and mental health awareness.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and harmonious patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Strong skills in conducting mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
