Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Renewal Path, you will perform a variety of essential tasks aimed at supporting clients on their mental health journey, including but not limited to:

• Creating and managing personalized treatment and discharge plans that cater to the individual needs of clients on your caseload.

• Conducting weekly one-on-one counseling sessions to provide therapeutic support and monitor client progress.
\n
• Facilitating group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and sharing of experiences.
\n
• Overseeing comprehensive documentation in each client chart, ensuring accuracy and compliance with licensing standards.
\n
• Participating actively in clinical team meetings to collaborate with Primary Therapists on treatment planning.
\n
• Engaging in quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of care.
\n
• Coordinating necessary treatment services to ensure continuous support for clients.
\n
• Maintaining regular communication with family members and referral sources to provide updates regarding client progress.

• Participating in in-service training and supervision meetings to enhance professional growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.
