Quality Assurance LeadOur client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead for their Charlotte, NC location.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable test automation solutions for web, API, and end-to-end enterprise applications.Architect and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright with Python/PyTest adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.Drive quality engineering initiatives across Agile teams by integrating automation into DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade automation frameworks using Playwright and Python.Build reusable Page Object Models (POM), utility libraries, fixtures, custom assertions, and reporting components.Implement scalable test architecture supporting functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing.Create maintainable automation solutions following coding standards and quality best practices.Improve framework performance, maintainability, and execution efficiency.Develop and maintain API automation suites using Playwright API capabilities and Python libraries.Validate REST and microservices-based applications.Design reusable request and response validation frameworks.Implement authentication mechanisms such as:OAuthJWTBearer TokensCertificate-based authenticationCreate end-to-end workflows combining UI and API validationsDesign reusable test data management strategies.Integrate automation solutions with databases and backend systems.Generate executive-level automation dashboards and metrics.Analyze test execution trends and automation ROI.Produce detailed reports including:Pass/Fail metricsDefect leakageCoverage analysisExecution trendsRequirements:Top 3 skills required for this role:Playwright with Python/TypescriptJava with REST AssuredAPI automationYears of Experience:8+ Years of ExperienceWhy Should You Apply?Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities Iconma
