This role supports the firm’s Talent Acquisition function by coordinating recruiting operations, interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruiting analytics, and campus recruiting initiatives. Essential Responsibilities Campus recruiting & early career programs: coordinate campus recruiting activities, manage logistics, travel to events, engage with student partners, support internship logistics, collect feedback. Experienced hire recruiting & candidate experience: schedule interviews, manage communications, coordinate new hire onboarding communications, source candidates, build pipelines. Talent acquisition operations & recruiting support: maintain job requisitions in Workday, post job ads, monitor requisition activity, submit background check requests, provide administrative support, prepare recruiting reports and dashboards. Talent acquisition projects: support job description modernization, employer branding, recruiting marketing campaigns, technology enhancements, process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field. One to three years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, campus recruiting or related field. Experience supporting multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building abilities. Strong project coordination and administrative skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Self‑motivated, resourceful, proactive, collaborative mindset. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, university partners, and internal stakeholders. Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience. Travel Requirements Ability to travel to universities, career fairs, networking events, conferences, firm offices, orientation programs, intern events, and other recruiting‑related activities as needed.
