Accounts Payable SpecialistWe are seeking an exceptional Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Accredited Labs team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization and have a direct impact by partnering with our Accounting Supervisor to support the company's continued growth.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of accounts payable processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.This position is based in Dallas, Texas and is considered hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office.As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing all aspects of the accounts payable function. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate payments, maintaining financial integrity, supporting operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement within the accounting department.Day-To-Day ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Accounting Supervisor and AP Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments.Review and process a high volume of vendor invoices and payments across multiple locations and entities while ensuring compliance with company policies.Review and reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to address and resolve vendor invoice and payment issues.Review past-due invoices and work directly with vendors to resolve payment concerns.Prepare and process bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly payment runs while adhering to cash flow requirements.Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.Maintain positive vendor relationships and respond to inquiries professionally.Support month-end close activities and assist with audits as needed.Partner with the Accounting Supervisor to improve accounts payable processes.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.Assist with the development and enhancement of accounts payable policies and procedures.Basic Qualifications2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.1+ year of NetSuite experience.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Proven experience processing accounts payable transactions.Experience managing a large vendor base and high transaction volume.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Nice To HaveExperience supporting multiple entities or locations.Experience identifying and implementing process improvements within Accounts Payable operations.Experience working in a growing or multi-site organization.BenefitsHealth InsuranceComprehensive medical coverage to support your well-being.Dental InsurancePreventive and restorative care to keep you smiling.Vision InsuranceCoverage for eye exams, glasses, and contacts.401(k) with Company MatchPlan for your future with our retirement savings plan and generous employer match.Company-Paid Life InsurancePeace of mind with fully covered life insurance.Paid Time Off (PTO)Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with paid time off.Paid HolidaysCelebrate and recharge with paid company holidays.Company-Provided EquipmentAll necessary tools and technology supplied to help you succeed.About UsAccredited Labs is a trusted provider of accredited calibration services.
