Job Description:

Lead, coach, and support a team of 4 8 recruiters.
Monitor recruiter productivity, workloads, pipelines, and hiring goals.
Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to recruiting team members.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Manage an individual requisition load and full-cycle recruiting process.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
Coordinate interviews and prepare candidate materials and debriefs.
Extend offers and negotiate salary and benefits within established guidelines.
Maintain candidate communication through the hiring and pre-employment process.
Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding.
Track and report recruiting metrics, including pipeline activity, interviews, offers, hires, and time-to-fill.
Ensure consistent use of the ATS and adherence to recruiting processes.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and team performance.
