Regional B2B Sales Opportunities – Ohio Qualified candidates may be considered for opportunities in our Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Toledo, and Canton markets, as well as surrounding territories as business needs arise. Opportunities Available Sales Canvasser Business Development Representative Sales Representative Account Executive Major Account Executive Enterprise Sales Representative Other B2B Sales opportunities Position Summary Sales professionals at DEX help businesses improve their operations through technology solutions while driving new revenue growth throughout their assigned territory. Responsibilities may include lead generation, appointment setting, and managing the complete sales cycle. What You’ll Do Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, in‑person canvassing, social selling, and other lead generation activities. Identify decision‑makers and qualify prospective business opportunities. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and other sales tools. Schedule appointments and conduct customer meetings. Perform needs assessments and recommend customized technology solutions. Present products and services to business owners and executive decision‑makers. Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business opportunities. Build long‑term customer relationships while identifying opportunities for additional products and services. Collaborate with Sales Managers and teammates to execute territory growth strategies. Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and emerging technology solutions. Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms preferred. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered. Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or other customer‑facing roles preferred. Prospecting, appointment setting, or outside sales experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Willingness to travel locally throughout the assigned territory. Office, field, and customer site environments depending on role. Frequent local travel throughout the assigned territory. Physical Requirements This position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, driving, computer use, and occasional lifting or moving of materials weighing up to 50 pounds with appropriate assistance.
