Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Arctic Cold Storage – Saint Cloud, MN
$22–$26/hour | Full-Time | Overtime Available

Arctic Cold Storage is hiring professional Forklift Operators to join our safe, fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and looking for a stable opportunity with a growing, locally owned company — we want to hear from you! Stand Up forklift experience is a bonus!

Available Shifts

MON-FRI: 7am-330pm
TUE-SAT: 7am-3pm
SUN-WED: 530am-4pm
WED-SAT: 530am-4pm

(Overtime available but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
Perform replenishment, receiving, picking, loading, unloading, and stacking
Transport product throughout a cold storage warehouse (36&degree;F)
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous forklift experience Preferred - Career Changers with Excellent work history will be considered!
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work in refrigerated environments
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork mindset
