Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Manager based in Houston, TX. The Engineering Manager will oversee and lead a team of engineers, manage engineering projects, and ensure successful project execution from concept to completion. Responsibilities include managing integration processes, coordinating software development efforts, and ensuring exceptional project delivery. xhyhwjd The role focuses on driving innovation, maintaining quality standards, and fostering collaboration within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, with a strong ability to mentor and guide a diverse team
- Experience in Software Development and integration, with proficiency in designing and implementing technical solutions
- Skilled in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivering results on time and within budget
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with material handling, steel materials, or industrial equipment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required
