Production Technician I, Pouch (10:45pm - 6:45am)

Baxter seeks a Production Technician I for overnight shift work in pharmaceutical manufacturing at its Marion, North Carolina facility. The role involves operating filling equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining cleanroom standards in a fast-paced, around-the-clock production environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manual and automated filling equipment; make minor adjustments as needed
- Perform scheduled quality checks, document results, and take corrective action including production stops
- Log manufacturing data and entries into POMS system and production records
- Set up, load, and replenish production supplies using powered equipment at production rates
- Execute batch changes, code changes, and tank transitions; escalate equipment performance issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic English written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand safety and quality instructions
- Basic mathematics proficiency and calculator competency
- Powered industrial truck (PIT) operation capability
