Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' psychological difficulties and establish therapeutic needs.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique challenges and objectives.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through therapeutic exercises and interactive discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will encompass individuals facing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You may also work with various vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, refugees, and victims of domestic violence. Your compassion and empathetic approach will be essential as you guide clients through their healing journeys and help them develop coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory for this position.
