HR Generalist/Recruiter

As an HR Assistant and Recruiter, you will be expected to perform the following functions: office/HR/hiring/onboarding administration, supporting recruitment, hiring, and career development; developing, updating, and maintaining policies and databases, preparing reports, maintaining all required documentation regarding hiring, onboarding, and employment verification, and policy manuals as required and supporting SRS's hiring needs. Schedule is anticipated to be 06:00 AM-2:30 PM or 07:00 AM-3:30 PM. Essential Functions Conducting interviews, filtering candidates, and providing feedback to applicants. Conducting onboarding days and managing onboarding documents to be filled out properly. Providing onboarding training for all new hires. Monitoring layover and refill positions. Responsible for managing direct search and participating in off-site recruiting events. Sourcing candidates by using websites, databases, and social media. Supporting and training hiring managers, identifying practical hiring solutions, and recommending appropriate action plans and strategies. Working closely with all departments in the organization. Responsible for keeping records per employment law. Providing general administrative and clerical support in the hiring process. Conducting initial interviews and assessments. Maintaining applicant database, applicant trackers, and recruitment analytics. Participating in internal audits (I‑9s, W‑4s).
