Principal Product Manager, Developer Innovation

Role Description

As Principal Product Manager for Developer Innovation, you will own the end-to-end product development lifecycle and bring the same rigor, creativity, and obsession to it that any great PM brings to a customer-facing product. Your remit spans the whole company – how teams define requirements, how engineers build and test, how we instrument and release, and how we measure whether any of it is moving the business.

• Own the PDLC as a product.
• Define and drive the strategy for redesigning Life360's development experience for an AI-native world.
• Design how humans and AI work together.
• Co-own the dev environment.
• Lead the AI-Native shift.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or organizational change, with at least 5 years at senior, staff, or principal level driving cross-org transformation or corporate culture change.
• Deeply opinionated about AI and LLMs, with understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
• Familiarity with developer tools and practices, internal platforms, and productivity software.
• Data informed approach to designing, building, and iterating around human collaboration.
• Strong data orientation: ability to instrument, build dashboards, run pilots, and let results drive decisions.
• Exceptional cross-functional influencer.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a zero-to-one mindset.
• Prior experience at a high-growth consumer tech company preferred.
