A Few Examples Of Your Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority legal and business initiatives. Work on strategic and operational projects across the company, coordinating with teams to ensure excellent execution.
• Support corporate and transactional matters. Advise on cross-border acquisitions, conduct legal due diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and support post-completion integrations.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders. Support debt and equity financing, corporate governance, reorganizations, and other strategic initiatives with internal teams and outside counsel.
• Enable the business through pragmatic legal advice. Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements while helping teams move quickly and manage legal risk.

Typically, we offer individuals with limited experience an annual salary of $204,281 in the United States, £112,189 in London, and €107,837 elsewhere in Europe. For candidates we assess as possessing exceptional potential and highly unusual achievement, compensation typically ranges from £151,436 to £398,287 in London, €145,430 to €303,108 elsewhere in Europe, and $257,642 to $522,120 in the United States. Compensation varies by location and expected impact. In high-cost markets such as New York City and San Francisco, compensation will generally be toward the upper end of the range, while in other markets it may fall lower within the range. Compensation grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate that experience into greater contributions.

The Selection Process

In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. There are no preferential paths beyond what your application demonstrates, and we evaluate every candidate through the same process.
