Senior Project Manager – Life Science Construction A leading full service design-build construction management firm specializing in highly regulated and advanced technology sectors is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from concept through completion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, fast paced organization delivering innovative projects across high tech and life sciences environments. As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the primary management representative responsible for leading projects through conceptual planning, pre-construction, construction, commissioning and close out phases. You’ll work closely with subcontractors, design firms, project engineers, and superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in managing technically complex projects, building client relationships and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead projects ranging from 20M+ Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement and cost controls Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers and internal teams Identify and mitigate project risks and potential challenges Oversee project logistics and workflow planning Develop and maintain strong client relationships Support business development and new project opportunities Ensure successful project delivery from preconstruction through close-out Preferred Qualifications Proven success managing projects exceeding $5M or multiple concurrent projects over $1M Mechanical Construction experience preferred Strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills Ability to resolve complex project challenges independently Experience within life sciences, advanced technology or regulated industries preferred Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project/Primavera, Planswift and Microsoft Office Suite What We Offer Competitive salary plus performance bonuses Generous PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with employer contributions and profit-sharing opportunities Comprehensive medical, life, and disability benefits Professional development and educational assistance programs At this time, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
