Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical Data Centers We are partnering with a leading Mission Critical General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale hyperscale and enterprise data center projects across Indiana and the surrounding region. This is an opportunity to join a contractor with a substantial backlog of hyperscale data center work and a strong growth trajectory, leading the execution of complex mission-critical projects. Key Responsibilities Lead overall project delivery, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client objectives are achieved Manage project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and key stakeholders Oversee project financials including forecasting, cost control, change management, procurement, and risk mitigation Drive coordination across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and commissioning scopes Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design teams, trade partners, and hyperscale clients Lead OAC meetings, executive reporting, schedule reviews, and strategic project planning activities Support commissioning readiness, operational turnover, and successful project closeout Identify and resolve project risks, constructability challenges, and execution issues to ensure successful delivery Ideal Background Senior Project Manager experience with a General Contractor on large-scale construction projects Data Center, Mission Critical, Advanced Technology, Industrial, or Complex Infrastructure experience Proven experience managing projects valued at $50 to $100M+ through all phases of delivery Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and change orders Experience coordinating large multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder environments Strong leadership, communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills Project Overview Hyperscale end user Private Substation development Included within scope Ground-up two-story expansion scheduled to break ground #J-18808-Ljbffr
