Job Description
Title: RN II - Step Down Unit

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Experience in step down or critical care environments
- Ability to interpret ECG rhythms

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and provide nursing care to patients in the step down unit.
- Accurately interpret ECG rhythms and manage care during life-threatening emergencies.
- Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to ancillary personnel, ensuring compliance with their scope of practice.
