Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with fellow health care professionals within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and address any co-occurring psychological and physical health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will vary in demographics and may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
