Project Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Wealth Management to lead strategic initiatives across business and technology teams. This role will play a key part in driving AI-enabled programs , ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery across wealth management initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional groups to drive execution Manage AI-related initiatives , including implementation, integration, or process optimization using AI/ML capabilities Facilitate stakeholder communication , including senior leadership updates, risk tracking, and decision-making support Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery Drive adoption and change management across impacted teams Required Qualifications (Must-Have) 8–12+ years of Project Management experience Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders , including business and technology teams Recent, hands‑on experience working on AI / Machine Learning initiatives Experience delivering projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
