Litigation Support Associate

In a deadline-driven environment, physical and electronic document management includes electronic uploads and download of files, scanning multiple documents, large volume printing, shipping & packaging of hard copy transcripts. E-Discovery work flow often includes receiving, storing, connecting and client drives for the team to be able to remote in and work. Create professional copies of court transcripts and exhibits. Assemble and package legal files for shipment. Hard copy & e-mail exhibit management. Coordinate with other departments to retrieve documents in a timely manner. Establishing and maintaining quality control to ensure work accuracy. Organize and maintain existing hard copy exhibits based on retention policies. Connect hard drives timely to an assigned computer based on e-discovery protocol when needed. Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalent Computer and Data Entry skills Professional phone etiquette Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Working knowledge of computers or a demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn and adapt new applications Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in document management, including electronic uploads, scanning, and quality control, while maintaining strong communication and teamwork skills in a deadline-driven environment.
