Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $19.57 / Hour Job Schedule Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM; Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations in accordance with site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial property buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report concerns. Monitor access points, observe site conditions, and communicate with property management and/or local contacts regarding security-related issues, maintenance concerns, or policy violations. Support daily operations at the location by assisting with visitor direction, answering routine questions, and following post orders for patrol, reporting, and incident response. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
