Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and caring approach, working as part of a team and acting with integrity throughout every shift. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.23 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery traffic while following post orders and client‑directed protocols. Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, assisting with directions and visitor questions, and maintaining accurate incident and activity reports. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
