EDI/EFT Enrollment Specialist Job Locations US-KY-LOUISVILLE Job ID View phone number on click.appcast.io Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services Position Type Full-Time Our Company BrightSpring Health Services Overview We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Electronic Data Interchange/ EFT Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the enrollment processes within Electronic Data Interchange clearinghouses. Responsibilities Complete Registration: Ensure registration is received and completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. Generate and Monitor EDI Agreements: Follow up on agreements to meet specific implementation deadlines. Monitor Accounts: Investigate and resolve enrollment denials, errors, and correspondence with payers. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of the account throughout the enrollment process. Customer Service: Address customer requests in Service Plus for EDI clearinghouse issues, such as but not limited to, setting up new users, adding permission, adding workgroups. Maintain working knowledge of workflow, systems, and tools used in the department. Qualifications In-depth Knowledge: Understanding of the EDI enrollment process. Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities. Self-Motivation: Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team setting. Proficiency in EDI software and clearinghouse platforms (e.g., Availity, Waystar etc.). Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Detail-oriented and meticulous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
