About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Enterprise Data and Integration. This executive leadership role is pivotal in providing strategic direction for the organization's data, analytics, governance, and application integration capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing the enterprise data architecture and roadmap, modernizing platforms and integration services, and ensuring the highest standards of data quality, security, and governance. Key duties include directing the strategy and operations of modern cloud data environments, leading the implementation of a Customer Data Platform, and partnering with business units to deliver robust business intelligence and predictive analytics. The role also involves spearheading the transition to real-time application integrations, defining and executing a comprehensive MDM strategy, and managing a talented team of data professionals. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 12 years' of IT experience, and at least 5 years' in a senior leadership role. The role requires a proven track record in implementing large-scale cloud data platforms, data lakes, and event-driven architectures, as well as experience in establishing data governance and MDM programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of enterprise data architecture, modern cloud data platforms, integration tools, and data governance, and demonstrate strong strategic planning, financial management, and vendor management skills. Executive leadership, talent development, and the ability to align data strategy with business goals are essential. The role demands a leader who can influence senior stakeholders, ensure the delivery of high-quality data and integration solutions, and manage financial budgeting for data platforms.
