• Accurately enter contract information into the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
• Verify data for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation
• Identify and escalate missing or inconsistent information as needed
• Perform general clerical and administrative support tasks
• Adhere to confidentiality requirements when handling company documents

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Clerical Assistant position:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 - 2 years of previous clerical, administrative, or data entry experience is a plus
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to maintain confidential information
