Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to perform your duties from your own home while maintaining regular working hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, implementing therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff to ensure clients receive holistic and coordinated care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities by participating in training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients reflect a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, all seeking support for their mental health challenges. You will work with individuals from various age groups and demographics, addressing issues such as PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Understanding and respecting the unique cultural backgrounds of our clients is essential in delivering effective therapeutic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license/certification in the state of California, such as LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

• At least two years of experience providing direct therapeutic support to individuals dealing with emotional and psychological challenges.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with using electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred, as it can aid in maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
