CLIENT ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST (R2242)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Accounting Specialist to provide accounting support to our clients. This is a full-time position available in multiple locations: Silicon Valley, New York, Boston, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Seattle, or Santa Monica.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accounting support and services to assigned clients
- Prepare accounting reports and financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct account reconciliations and analysis
- Prepare tax documentation and compliance filings
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Interact with clients and resolve accounting issues
- Maintain client accounting records and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts
Compensation
- Salary: $76,000 – $107,500/year plus performance bonus
