Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient to create customized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and timelines.

• Implement and adapt treatment techniques that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of advanced technological aids such as high-end devices including Normatec systems and the Neubie by NeuFit.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, sharing client information to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Document patient progress and prepare clinical summaries based on set goals to facilitate communication and insights into patient status.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of active individuals aged 35 and above, including professional and elite athletes, as well as pediatric patients facing orthopedic challenges. You will collaborate with clients who are motivated to stay engaged in their recovery journey, making your role impactful, as they are eager to implement advice about health and lifestyle changes.

Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Minimum of five years of experience in an Outpatient Orthopedic setting.

• Demonstrated competency in manual therapy techniques and a commitment to continuous professional education.

Preferred Experience

• Experience as a Physical Therapist/Certified Athletic Trainer is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with vestibular and post-concussion rehabilitation is valued.

• Previous experience teaching small group fitness classes is beneficial.

• Certifications or training in Pilates, NAIOMT, IASTM, or other related methodologies are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
