Litigation Paralegal - Urgently hiring in St. Charles!
Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
Hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Litigation Paralegal, you'll play a key role in managing civil litigation cases from start to finish. You'll work closely with attorneys to keep cases moving forward smoothly by preparing legal documents, conducting discovery, and assisting at trial. Your work will help shape successful outcomes for clients and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace.


What You'll Do


As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for

• Managing discovery processes including intake, motions, document requests, and follow-up on deficiencies
• Drafting motions for summary judgment and simple pleadings to keep litigated matters progressing
• Preparing for trial by working on jury instructions, exhibits, deposition summaries, and witness contact & credentialing
• Assisting with case management and organization, ensuring all deadlines and documentation are met
• Taking on additional duties as assigned to support attorneys in a dynamic legal environment

What You'll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have

• 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting
• Paralegal certificate
• Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of civil litigation
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude

Location & Schedule


This position is on-site in St. Charles and offers a standard weekday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
