Sales Development Representative (SDR) (US))

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role focuses on identifying potential customers generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline. Freshers and experienced candidates alike are welcome.
Key responsibilities
Identify and research potential customers through online platforms and industry research.
Generate qualified leads via email outreach phone calls LinkedIn and other channels.
Contact prospects to understand their business needs and introduce relevant products or services.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead information and sales activities in CRM software.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
Required qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred).
05 years of relevant experience or fresh graduate status.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
Ability to conduct prospect research and manage time effectively.
Nice to have
Familiarity with Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
Experience with cold calling email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
