Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite at our Rehabilitation Center in Saint Cloud, which operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will focus on the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients' individual goals and rehabilitation needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans that drive results.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic interventions designed to restore motion and mobility, ultimately aiming to decrease reliance on medications and postpone surgical interventions.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and education, to design and execute care plans.
• Develop and oversee fitness and wellness programs tailored to the specific needs of patients, helping them transition to independent living and enhance their quality of life.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized care that incorporates proven interventions, ensuring that each patient receives the attention necessary for successful recovery.
• Encourage healthy lifestyle changes by focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic conditions affecting their mobility. We serve a diverse population within the Saint Cloud area, addressing a wide range of ages and backgrounds, which allows you to employ innovative treatment approaches tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, demonstrating the ability to work effectively in fast-paced therapeutic settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with patients, families, and the interprofessional team.
• A commitment to staying current with the latest rehabilitation practices and methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
