Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their specific therapy needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, responses to treatment, and outcomes, adjusting therapy plans as required to ensure optimal healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a physical therapist in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience
