What You'll Do

• Provide first assist support for robotic gynecology surgeries in an inpatient OR setting
• Assist surgeons during a variety of complex gynecological procedures
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation via Cerner/Oracle EMR systems
• Participate in patient care coordination before and after procedures
• Support the surgical team during scheduled cases, handling 26 surgeries daily

What You Need

Required:

• First Assist Certification with Robot experience
• Ability to work in an inpatient hospital setting
• At least 2+ years of gynecological surgical experience
• Valid NJ licensure or eligibility (no relocation required)
• BLS certification

Preferred:

• Experience with robotic gynecologic surgeries
• Prior locum or temporary provider experience
