Job Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Laguna Beach, CA, for an Epicor Operations Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and customizing Epicor Kinetic solutions, analyzing business operations, managing workflows, and overseeing the full lifecycle of projects. Additional responsibilities include consulting with clients to define and meet their needs, data migration, process optimization, providing training, and offering technical support post-implementation. Qualifications EPICOR KINETIC IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Strong analytical skills and expertise in identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective business solutions. Proficiency in consulting and operational management to optimize processes and workflows. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with teams and clients. Experience in customer service, providing hands‑on support, and resolving client issues. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Familiarity with Epicor Kinetic, data migration processes, and enterprise software integrations is highly desirable.
