Client Overview A financial services organization is seeking an Expense Processor to support employee travel and expense (T&E) operations. This role supports a fast-paced Investment Banking environment and requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage high-volume expense processing while providing exceptional customer service. Salary/Hourly Rate $32/hr - $35/hr Position Overview The Expense Processor will manage employee travel and expense (T&E) reports for the Investment Banking team. This individual will process expenses accurately and in compliance with company policy, resolve expense-related questions, and provide professional, responsive customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Of The Expense Processor
- Complete and process expense reports accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with T&E policy.
- Respond to employee inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Investigate and resolve T&E-related issues and questions.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees.
- Manage a high-volume workflow while maintaining accuracy.
- Work independently while collaborating with other team members.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in expense management, finance, operations, or executive assistant work.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Professional judgment and the ability to interact with employees at various levels.
- Experience with Workday Expenses.
- 2-3 years of collections experience.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or rapidly changing organization.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
