Deliver tailored speech therapy services emphasizing language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Engage with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to establish a unified care plan.

Educate patients and family members to foster progress outside of therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech evaluations and treatments to ensure seamless continuity of care during the patient journey.

Maintain thorough and prompt documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.

Stay abreast of advancements in your field through continuous education and collaborative discussions with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year if ASHA certification is still pending.

Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly desirable.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days after starting.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies across age groups, with a deep understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication skills to engage with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Capacity to tailor therapy techniques to accommodate various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
