The Operations Specialists handle all trust and Power of Attorney reviews for the Closing Department. They oversee the draw management and reimbursements on renovation and construction transaction. They authorize the release of escrow holdbacks and work with Accounts Payable on invoices. The Operations Specialists handle reporting for the credit department.
