Human Resource Specialist

Manage a book of business and contribute to clients' overall success, growth, satisfaction, and retention Advise client management and key decision makers on employee relations, legislation, benefits, wage and hour, performance management, and development Align HR business strategy and goals with client management Consult on HR-related issues, strategies, and guidance Evaluate and anticipate HR-related needs and develop solutions, programs, and policies Analyze trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risk Cultivate relationships with internal and client partners Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough, objective investigations Maintain knowledge of legal requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance Deliver performance management guidance, including conflict resolution, coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions Improve work relationships, build morale, enhance teamwork, and advance employee retention Deliver HR policy guidance, interpretation, and best-practice recommendations Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning Identify training needs and help ensure training objectives are met Understand evolving organizational strategy and goals Document client interactions in client management systems and databases Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience is required Two to five years of related Human Resources experience is required PHR, SPHR,
