Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that treatment goals are aligned with client expectations and their presenting issues.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients to create a safe and trusting environment, promoting their engagement and participation in the treatment process.

• Participate actively in team meetings, discussing client cases collaboratively to enhance service delivery and improve overall treatment outcomes.

• Conduct thorough assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify clients' psychological needs and risk factors, followed by the development and implementation of effective treatment plans.

• Document client progress and treatment actions diligently, ensuring timely completion of reports to facilitate seamless continuity of care.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, using evidence-based techniques to address immediate client needs and stabilize their situation.

• Monitor and respond to clients' evolving needs, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal support and recovery.

• Engage in safety and risk management practices, identifying and reporting potentially unsafe situations to maintain a secure environment for clients and staff.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the agency, providing insights and recommendations on enhancing service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with often come from diverse backgrounds and may face a range of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your ability to understand and empathize with their struggles will be crucial in building effective therapeutic alliances and facilitating their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (or related field) is required, accompanied by a valid LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
