Status: Full-Time

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: No

Home visits in assigned service area: Pasco County surrounding areas. Assigned by homebase zip code.

The Home Health Field, Occupational Therapist provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all occupational modalities to patients. All duties and standards within this document will be performed according to established policies, procedures and guidelines within the department and the organization. Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire.

Home Health Occupational Therapist Requirements:

• Bachelors Occupational Therapy
• Occupational Therapist State of Florida License
• 1 Year Occupational Therapy experience
• Basic Life Support
• Driver's License (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
• Preferred Masters Occupational Therapy
• Preferred 1 year Home Care experience This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). More information can be found at
