We are looking for a Staff Product Operations Specialist to build the connective tissue between the products we create and the teams who use, support, and deliver them. You will help Prenuvo turn product changes into successful organizational change. This role will own much of the operational machinery behind launches and rollouts: change-impact assessment, readiness, enablement, communications, adoption measurement, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.

You will work particularly closely with the teams responsible for delivering the patient experience, including our clinical and Preventive Health teams, as our products increasingly shape how care is delivered. At the same time, Prenuvo is a scale-up. The boundaries of this job will not always be neat. You will also help improve product processes, Voice of Customer systems, pilots, launch coordination, and the operating rhythms that allow Product teams to work effectively.

What You'll Do

• Create a scalable approach for preparing the organization for new products, workflows, capabilities, and process changes.
• Conduct change-impact assessments across teams, workflows, policies, tools, training, and the patient experience.
• Build rollout and adoption plans with Product, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Support, and other stakeholders.
• Translate product and technical changes into clear guidance, training, documentation, communications, and readiness activities.
• Partner with Product Managers and TPMs to embed operational readiness into launches and identify dependencies and adoption risks early.
• Coordinate pilots, phased releases, Early Access Programs, and internal testing, with clear launch success criteria and adoption measures.
• Monitor rollout performance, address post-launch friction, and turn real-world feedback into product and operational improvements.
• Build mechanisms for collecting and synthesizing feedback from patients and internal users across clinical, operational, commercial, and support teams.
• Translate feedback and operational signals into clear themes and actionable recommendations, distinguishing isolated requests from systemic problems.
• Ensure frontline insights reach Product teams early enough to influence planning and product decisions.
• Strengthen product-development processes, tooling, planning rituals, launch calendars, intake processes, decision frameworks, and roadmap visibility.
• Coordinate stakeholder input into planning and prioritization, simplify Product processes, and support high-priority cross-functional initiatives without a natural organizational home.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Business Operations, Change Management, or a related field.
• Experience building processes and programs from scratch in a fast-moving organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex product launches or organizational rollouts.
• Strong change-management instincts, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement.
• Experience turning qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable product recommendations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Excellent written communication and an ability to make complicated changes easy for others to understand.
• Comfort moving between strategic problems and highly tactical execution.
• Experience working with internal tools or workflows used by operational teams.
• Healthcare or health-technology experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with AI-enabled products or complex technical products is a plus.
• Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment is strongly preferred.

• The base salary for this role ranges from $170,000-$196,000 in local currency, depending upon experience and geographic location
