Architect

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures that are both functional and aesthetically compelling. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and strong collaboration skills to bring projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans based on client needs, project requirements, and regulatory standards Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and feasibility Manage projects through all phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction administration Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design intent is met Review budgets, timelines, and materials to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness Provide creative and practical problem-solving throughout the design and construction process Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Licensed Architect (or on track for licensure) preferred Proven experience in architectural design and project management Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
