Partner Lead, New Business Sales

Position Overview – Partner Lead Cardlytics is looking for a Partner Lead to join our growing advertising business. You will leverage purchase insights to help advertisers identify opportunities to increase market share, drive sales, and measure the impact of their advertising investment with true ROI. The role reports to the Head of New Business. Key Responsibilities Bring a consultative, strategic approach to new business, uncovering and winning high-value opportunities. Use customer purchase data to align tailored solutions to clients’ business needs, identifying challenges and opportunities. Craft and deliver compelling, data-driven sales presentations that position Cardlytics as a trusted advisor. Navigate complex stakeholder and budget landscapes, activating internal experts for a cohesive, enterprise-level selling approach. Develop and execute a data-informed strategy that drives new business, accelerates onboarding, and leverages in-market presence (e.g., conferences and events) to exceed revenue goals. Hold biweekly client check‑ins, conduct ongoing discovery, and develop joint growth plans aligned with evolving KPIs. Cultivate client relationships and identify new stakeholders to accelerate business growth. Qualifications 6+ years of digital advertising experience growing revenue through long-term strategic partnerships. Proven ability to generate new pipeline, identify high-value opportunities, and execute targeted strategies to convert prospects into long-term clients. Data-driven selling experience, comfortable analyzing performance metrics, market trends, and basic statistical data. Experience influencing executive-level stakeholders, aligning cross‑functional teams, and navigating conflicting agendas. Expertise in preparing and presenting business reviews that highlight measurable outcomes and financial value to senior decision-makers. Strategic, opportunity-focused seller who thrives on new business and closing high-value deals. Collaborator who partners across external and internal teams to drive revenue and expand adoption of Cardlytics’ solutions. Accountable for quarterly and annual revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth. Superior relationship builder and consultative seller with passion for winning. Technical Environment We primarily use macOS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Windows support is available.
