The Associate, Lifecycle Marketing supports lifecycle marketing initiatives through high-quality email production as well as the execution for Unconverted Lead (UCL) campaigns. This role is critical in translating conversion strategy into precise execution while generating insights that strengthen first-box performance.

Detailed Responsibilities

Lifecycle Email Production

• Build and QA weekly BAU lifecycle emails across UCL, zero-order, referral, reactivation, and others as needed and/or as bandwidth allows.
• Build and deploy A/B test variants using existing capabilities developed by the Lifecycle Marketing Technology team
• Leverage existing audiences, personalization, and automation tools to execute campaign and test plans
• Maintain accurate launch and end dates for all campaigns and make approved content updates according to quarterly roadmap

UCL Campaign Execution, Testing & Optimization

• Own end-to-end execution of UCL campaigns across email and SMS
• Manage segmentation logic, suppression rules, scheduling, and QA to ensure accurate and timely deployment
• Support audience leads (UCL and reactivation) in the development of the content calendar, translating strategic priorities into executable campaign plans
• Support structured reporting for UCL experiments, summarizing lift, performance trends, and business impact
• Identify optimization opportunities and propose new test ideas based on campaign performance
• Surface actionable insights that inform ongoing first-box conversion strategy

Qualifications

• Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using a marketing automation platform, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Intermediate proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Strong preference to have experience in AMPscript
• Ability to manage multiple overlapping campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams, and meet strict deadlines
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong understanding of email marketing fundamentals and lifecycle marketing best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated track record of enabling repeatable processes
• Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field

Home Chef offers the base salary range as posted below, with the exact offer depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, and internal equity. While compensation is within the provided range, it is not typical for offers to be made at the upper end. In addition to base salary, Home Chef provides a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, 401k match, and paid time off.

$65,000—$70,000 USD
