Compensation and Benefits For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600 - $176,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The range applies to candidates located within the United States. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job–related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric offers a comprehensive benefits package: medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks, flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, 401(k) + match, well‑being and recognition programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (prorated in the first year), company stock purchase opportunities (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits. Role Overview Schneider Electric seeks a highly talented, motivated, customer‑first, solution‑mindful individual for the Regional Electrical OEM (EOEM) Account Manager position. The successful candidate will identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with electrical and original equipment manufacturers (E/OEMs) to expand reach and participation in key market segments. What You Will Do Identify and prioritize potential E/OEM partners based on strategic fit and business potential. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers at target E/OEMs. Develop and present compelling business proposals to potential E/OEM partners. Negotiate and close E/OEM partnerships and agreements. Collaborate with internal teams (LOB, offer, marketing, pricing, and operations) to ensure smooth integration of E/OEM products and services. Monitor and report on the performance of E/OEM partnerships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on E/OEM partnerships. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players. Strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, and Bridge Front Office (bFO)/CRM software. Experience in the E/OEM segment, LV/MV electrical distribution equipment, is a plus.
