Director of Sales, DTC & Amazon

Leading the direct-to-consumer and Amazon sales efforts across the Americas, the full-time salaried Director of Sales, DTC & Amazon will manage a team focused on driving profitable growth, enhancing customer experience, and executing digital commerce strategies remotely. Key responsibilities Own annual and quarterly revenue, profitability, and market share objectives for DTC and Amazon Lead the development and execution of promotional and product launch plans across various digital commerce platforms Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with teams in marketing, finance, and operations to achieve channel objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, e-commerce, finance, or a related field 8+ years of experience in DTC, e-commerce, or digital commerce, with at least three years in e-commerce operations in North America Proven track record of managing significant revenue and profitability targets Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify and Amazon, including knowledge of their operational environments Strong analytical and leadership skills, with experience in cross-functional team management
