Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Navigate Family & Marriage Therapy Center, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at providing the best possible care to our clients. You will:

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health status, identifying strengths, needs, and appropriate interventions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual and group needs.

• Coordinate and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, medical staff, and social workers—to develop coordinated care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.

• Assist clients and their families in understanding diagnostic assessments, treatment options, and medication management.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy with a focus on evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate patient goals and preferences, adapting as necessary throughout the treatment process.
