Schedule: 32 hours per week | 3 days a week and 1 weekend day | 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Department: Administration | Porter Hills Village, Grand Rapids, Mi What Youll Do:The Lead Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for all residents, visitors, and staff. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing and performing clerical and front desk operations. The Lead Receptionist ensures daily activities run smoothly, supports the reception team, and maintains high standards of efficiency and service in alignment with established procedures and leadership direction. Guide the reception team, including delegating daily tasks. Provide training and ongoing support to new and existing team members.
