Human Resources Specialist
US Army
DutiesProvide and maintain services to support civilian employees both locally and in remote field environments.Recommend actions to be taken on requests for adjustments in manpower requirements.Serve as a liaison between management officials, human resources, and command headquarters providing guidance on a range of personnel management programs.Advise management on realignment of personnel.Maintain the Command's civilian personnel databases, gain/loss reports, on-board manning lists, status of hiring actions, award and overtime reports, and high-level briefing materials.
