Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as an SLP; recent graduates completing CFY are encouraged to apply

- Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems is essential
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms adds definite value
- Passion for facilitating communication growth in children and commitment to individualized student progress
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEP goals
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans that incorporate best practices and each child’s unique needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support students’ academic and social development
- Document progress, conduct assessments, and prepare timely reports meeting school and regulatory guidelines
- Integrate AAC devices and strategies into therapy sessions, advocating for appropriate resources as needed
